Whether we’re leading the team or working as a strategic part of one, we take a lot of pride in the projects we sign on to. We deliver success by constantly asking what’s best for our client and operating with a sense of urgency, backed by an unrelenting commitment to quality.Over the years, our project experience includes custom, luxury, and standard homes in Montana and the surrounding areas. We’ve viewed each project as an opportunity to exceed client expectations and deliver above and beyond what they could have dreamed of. We feel we’ve done a pretty good job of doing just that... if we do say so ourselves.
While we love the opportunity to flex our creative muscle with custom, luxury homes, we take a ton of pride in the work we do in the development world. Our team works closely with specialized vendors and high-quality partners to ensure that our best work is done on budget and on or ahead-of-schedule. These facets of our work are the ones we’re known for and the keys to our success that we are unwilling to compromise on... no matter what.
Our approach to 92 was simple in nature; we wanted to create not a custom, luxury house, but a luxury home. The client was a family who intended to make this location their well-lived-in, full-time residence. Each decision we made was a representation of who it was we were building for and how they planned to function within the home, day-to-day. From magnetized walls for leaving notes to appliances that were hand-selected by the chef-extraordinaire of the family, 92 is a true homage to those in dwell there.
The 804 residence is incredibly special to us, as it was the first true custom home we ever built as a company. It was a joy to work with these clients, who knew exactly what they wanted out of their living space. This home was originally intended to be their full-time residence and needed to accommodate their large family while still staying true to the luxury they desired.
Our goal when creating this home was to set the stage for our clients to enjoy their space throughout multiple stages of life. 701 was built as a half-time residence where lots of entertaining and good times were to be had. The client’s style leaned heavily towards contemporary, but the house still needed to fit seamlessly into the landscape.
